Your Responsibilities:

• Develop sales leads based on the strategy defined by sales management.
• Identify and communicate value-added solutions to customers.
• Schedule and conduct sales meetings with targeted clients.

• Manage the sales funnel and prepare bids from inception to submission.
• Coordinate with technical and execution teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.

• Follow up through the sales cycle and post-bid processes.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• A minimum of 6 years of sales experience in related fields.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, and renewable energy is essential.
• Certification as a Certified Energy Manager is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Role Overview
The Technical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving technical sales growth by delivering high-value completion solutions to customers in Saudi Arabia. This role combines deep completions expertise with strong commercial acumen to identify, qualify, and close opportunities while supporting long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, and closing completion opportunities across assigned accounts.
• Present integrated, value-driven completion solutions while clearly articulating technology differentiators.
• Develop a strong understanding of customer field operations, well objectives, and completion challenges.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline, including pricing awareness, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Lead the introduction of new technologies and ensure effective evaluation and adoption.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and solution reviews to customer technical and operational teams.
• Coordinate technical workshops and field trials with customer assets and internal technical teams.
• Develop and submit high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs.
• Support meetings in coordination with Operations and Technical Services teams.
• Ensure effective pre-job planning, client briefings, and operational readiness for all projects.
• Review End-of-Well Reports and ensure lessons learned are captured for future operations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key end users and decision-makers.
• Address customer issues professionally to maintain high service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information within CRM systems.
• Provide sales forecasts and budget inputs to regional management.
• Support industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Promote a strong safety culture.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in completions technologies.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a technical sales or customer-facing commercial role with a proven sales track record.
• Strong technical knowledge of completion systems.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear commercial value.

As a leader in the elevator and escalator industry, Otis is looking for a dedicated Renovation Sales Engineer who will play a vital role in our Renovation Sales operations. This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage all Renovation and off-portfolio BEX inquiries from start to finish.
• Work under the guidance of the Manager – Service Sales to prepare maintenance contracts and negotiate agreements.
• Prepare estimates and quotations for additional repairs, upgrades, and modernization.
• Negotiate maintenance contract renewals while addressing potential client risks.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through regular engagements.
• Conduct customer visits and site surveys to assess needs.
• Coordinate RFQ/eLog processes to the Renovation Centre.
• Prepare and submit customer proposals.
• Facilitate customer presentations and sales negotiations.
• Process orders and handle sales coverage, including outstation duties.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations within a construction or engineering environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
