Join Napco National as a Sales Specialist!
In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company's diverse range of products to assigned customers, following group channel guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing feedback on competition activities and submitting suggestions for retaliation if necessary.
  • Preparing special order requests (Prices, Designs, approvals, Orders, MOQs) and securing necessary approvals.
  • Collecting invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
  • Maintaining professionalism in business relations with customers.
  • Revisiting lost customers to explore opportunities for regaining business.
  • Opening new accounts and ensuring all documentation is valid.
  • Training customers on using the Napco platform.
  • Handling customer complaints and preparing QRAs.

This position requires dedication to customer service and proactive engagement in the sales process to achieve targets.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
