This full-time position is ideal for a bilingual candidate fluent in both English and Arabic, who is ready to contribute positively to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Manage correspondence, maintain organized files, and ensure confidentiality within the law firm.
  • Utilize Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) effectively.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to team inquiries.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to maintain a positive and professional office environment.
  • A passion for keeping the workplace tidy and labeled.
  • Enjoys a calm working atmosphere and has a good taste in coffee!

Working hours are from Sunday to Friday, 900 AM to 430 PM. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys a well-structured work environment, we would love to hear from you!
