Your Role:
As a Global Supply Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support strategic sourcing and procurement activities across various indirect categories. You will:
  • Manage sourcing and procurement across multiple categories.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and develop procurement strategies.
  • Lead supplier qualification and selection processes.
  • Analyze supplier proposals and provide recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Oversee purchase order creation and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
You will need:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Preferred Experience:
Experience with strategic sourcing platforms and familiarity with procurement and vendor management will be advantageous.

  • Exposure to vendor management and software implementation projects.
