We are looking for a distinguished tourism program organizer to join our team in Mecca. The company is looking for someone with experience in planning and organizing wonderful tours, with the ability to provide unforgettable experiences for visitors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Planning and organizing tourist trips according to customer needs.
  • Communicating with suppliers, hotels, and restaurants to coordinate services.
  • Providing accurate information about tourist destinations and available activities.
  • Preparing schedules for trips and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Marketing tourism programs to attract new customers.
  • Providing support and assistance to visitors during the trip.
  • Gathering feedback from customers to improve the services offered.
  • Keeping up with trends in the tourism industry to provide the best offers.
  • Managing budgets and costs related to trips.
  • Organizing special events such as cultural tours or entertainment events.

Required Qualifications:
