Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Record and post day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
  • Prepare and process bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate documentation.
  • Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax filings.
  • Monitor expense claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial matters.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Hands-on experience in AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (MS Dynamics 365 preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
