Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing the company-approved greeting and reservation script.
  • Handle inquiries for hotel room reservations and other services through various channels including fax and email.
  • Process reservations accurately in the property management system.
  • Manage reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations diligently.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservation requests and any special requirements.
  • Stay informed about hotel facilities and ongoing promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Participate in training programs for upselling and cross-selling to enhance hotel revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies.
