Join Amman Rotana as a Reservation Agent!

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Reservation Agent to enhance our team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone inquiries within 3 rings, following the standard greeting and reservations script.
  • Process reservations accurately in the property management system and handle confirmation, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate paper transactions and record requirements concerning reservation requests.
  • Stay updated on hotel facilities and promotions.
  • Participate in training programs such as up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Comply with all hotel safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to guest service. Experience in a similar role is a plus.

  • A customer-focused, proactive personality with a courteous and dynamic approach.
  • Ability to work independently and establish effective relationships with both internal and external customers.
