We are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Najran, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all sales activities and ensuring that set targets are achieved. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all sales activities and ensure monthly and yearly targets are met.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to increase market share.
- Analyze sales data and provide periodic reports to management on performance.
- Communicate with existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships.
- Organize promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Provide support to the sales team through training and mentoring.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production and logistics to meet customer needs.
- Track market trends and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Manage customer databases and ensure information is updated regularly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Preferred Candidate:
- Previous experience in sales or coordination.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use analytical software.
- Passionate about marketing and sales with a desire for learning and development.
