About the Role

Aeron Systems is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to manage back-office operations for its office located in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and communications with the company's office in India.
  • Manage and maintain data specifically related to Aeron Systems' operations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Oversee and process all billing procedures.
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day administration of the Riyadh office.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduation from any academic stream is required.
  • Eligibility for this role is restricted to Saudi nationals only.

Essential Skills

  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
