Job Description
About the Role
Aeron Systems is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to manage back-office operations for its office located in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks and communications with the company's office in India.
- Manage and maintain data specifically related to Aeron Systems' operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee and process all billing procedures.
- Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day administration of the Riyadh office.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduation from any academic stream is required.
- Eligibility for this role is restricted to Saudi nationals only.
Essential Skills
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with billing processes and systems is preferred.
