Join Alfaisal University as an Administrative Assistant!
This position is vital in assisting the Undergraduate office within the College of Business with day-to-day task management.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate between teaching administrative coordinators and undergraduate office for smooth operations of class management.
  • Attend assigned classes and support the instructor during lectures.
  • Organize and distribute class materials like notes and case studies.
  • Monitor students taking exams for special needs and manage attendance.
  • Assist in the communication with IT & Facility departments to ensure class readiness.
  • Keep records of student attendance and behavior during classes.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and correspondence.
  • Oversee arrangements for orientations, graduation ceremonies, and other events.

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Professional Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an educational institution or related field is required.
