Administrative Assistant needed to join Al-Tawi Construction and Building Company Limited.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for following up on the implementation of administrative decisions given by the direct supervisor. You should have previous experience in administrative work and advanced skills in using Word and Excel.

Main Tasks:
  • Implement instructions related to administrative work.
  • Open, sort, and distribute paper mail and respond to emails according to the directives of the direct supervisor.
  • Complete typing tasks and respond to inquiries.
  • Organize files and store transactions in a way that facilitates returning to them.
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes of meetings for the direct supervisor.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.

Requirements:
  • Two years of practical experience.
  • The ability to communicate in good Arabic, and advanced skills in English, French, Urdu, and Filipino are a plus.

  • Experience working at publicly traded companies in Saudi Arabia as an administrative assistant or secretary.
  • Experience dealing with board members.
  • Experience interacting with secretaries.
  • Experience in drafting and recording minutes.
  • Follow-ups with departments on daily tasks.
  • Work on daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Data analysis as well as performance reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
