At BYD, we are a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in IT, automobile, and new energy. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be based in our Riyadh office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting our management team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the decoration of the Riyadh office and maintain communication with the landlord and decoration company for timely delivery.
- Manage the company rental apartments to provide excellent service during employee stays.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls; prepare meeting agendas and minutes for the General Manager.
- Handle incoming communications professionally.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for management.
- Support HR administration, including onboarding and record keeping.
- Manage office supplies inventory and facilitate orders.
- Assist in managing fixed assets and ensuring the smooth operation of office processes.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of business processes and government regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Proficiency in Chinese and Arabic; fluent English is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Meticulous and proactive work ethic.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
