Your new role involves:
  • Issuing instructions, approvals, and clarifications to the contractor.
  • Overseeing contractor’s work to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and audits.
  • Approving materials, equipment, and workmanship in line with contractual requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitoring project schedules and progress against milestones.
  • Identifying and reporting delays, risks, and potential claims.
  • Preparing and submitting progress reports.
  • Reviewing and certifying contractor’s invoices and payments.
  • Participating in progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Managing defects liability period responsibilities.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction supervision, project management, or contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Experience in leading progress meetings and preparing detailed reports.
  • Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers in civil engineering.
