We are currently seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead our structures supervision team in a new construction project located in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction supervision activities for the project.
  • Establish a comprehensive construction management plan ensuring all contracts are managed to a common standard.
  • Initiate and respond to contractual correspondence with clients and contractors.
  • Arrange and chair project meetings, including kick-off and progress meetings.
  • Establish procedures for inspections, approvals, testing, and commissioning.
  • Review contractor HSE plans and ensure the safety procedures are being followed on site.
  • Monitor contractor progress and assess outputs regularly.
  • Implement QMS requirements and conduct regular audits.
  • Certify interim and final payments after thorough review.
  • Prepare substantial completion reports, including outstanding requirements.
  • Issue taking-over and defects liability certificates as required.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A BEng/BSc (Hon) in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant qualification.
- At least 20 years of experience managing major construction projects.
- Regional experience and a comprehensive understanding of associated discipline software.
