Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop new recipes for a variety of baked goods, including seasonal items.
  • Prepare an extensive range of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and pastries using both traditional and modern techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and ensure proper storage.
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of all baked goods, including taste and appearance.
  • Ensure cleanliness in the baking area and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train junior baking staff.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus.
  • Keep baking equipment properly maintained.
  • Stay updated with the latest food trends and baking techniques.
  • Create visually appealing desserts and pastries.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pastry chef or baker role.
  • Strong understanding of baking techniques and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full execution of projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and approved schedules.
  • Monitor the performance of operational departments, including Execution, Technical Office, Procurement, Estimation, and Public Relations.
  • Manage and assign tasks to project teams to achieve efficiency in operational objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, infrastructure, and buildings within the Kingdom.
  • Proficiency in engineering and management software (Primavera – AutoCAD – MS Project – Excel – ERP Systems).
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, cost estimation, and procurement management.
  • Must be currently residing in Saudi Arabia with the ability to transfer sponsorship.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written).
