Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare specialty coffee drinks to a high standard according to café recipes.

Provide exceptional and positive customer service.

Regularly maintain and clean coffee equipment.

Contribute to the development of new recipes and innovative drink experiences.

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience as a barista of 2 to 5 years in specialty coffee shops.

Good knowledge of espresso basics and latte art.

Excellent communication skills and team spirit.

Punctuality and flexibility in working hours.
