Are you passionate about coffee and providing exceptional customer experiences? At Gold Apple, we are seeking dedicated individuals to prepare and serve a variety of beverages in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, and tea.
  • Ensure quality and consistency by following recipes and adhering to standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and answering questions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Previous barista experience preferred.
  • Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
  • Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills.
