Join Our Team as a Barista!
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is part of our commitment to the Saudization initiative, ensuring opportunities for Saudi nationals to thrive in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, tables, and equipment.
Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries.
Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Saudi nationals to apply in line with Saudization requirements.
Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
