Role Overview:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. You will interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, and provide exceptional customer service to elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages with attention to quality assurance.
• Engage with guests, offering a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in barista skills, including coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Understanding of food preparation and safety standards.
• Previous experience as a barista is advantageous.
