Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Sales Branch Manager to lead our sales operations in Riyadh. This key position emphasizes customer relationships, technical knowledge, and leadership of the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker with a mechanical engineering background and significant sales experience in the heat exchanger sector.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the branch's sales representatives, driving optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Set and monitor KPIs, sales targets, and strategic plans to ensure branch success.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for radiator and heat exchanger solutions.
  • Exceed sales targets through a proactive approach and understanding of customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including follow-up support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize Odoo's Sales App to manage leads and track performance.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the industrial or radiator sectors.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Odoo is highly desirable.
  • Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Professional presentation skills to represent ZMD confidently.
