Join Our Team as a Branch Supervisor in E-Commerce Fulfillment Operations!

At Panda Retail Company, we are more than just a retailer; we are a trusted partner in daily life. We are looking for a dedicated Branch Supervisor to oversee our E-Commerce fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor the duty schedule, ensuring timing and personal hygiene.
  • Maximize the utilization of pickers, admins, and drivers while following pick-rate and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with the store operations team for replenishment and product availability.
  • Train the team to adhere to procedures effectively.
  • Deliver on daily targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure availability of essential assets and consumables (bags, boxes, picking devices, etc.).
  • Communicate with the area operations lead regarding daily operations and needs.
  • Engage with the service desk for any operational escalations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma; college education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of more than 10 employees.

Skills Required:
  • Intermediate English language skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
