Your role will be pivotal in connecting business objectives with technological solutions. You will lead efforts to gather requirements, analyze processes, and communicate with stakeholders for successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate detailed business requirements gathering sessions.
  • Analyze and document business processes and systems for potential improvements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with Delivery managers, developers, and QA teams to fulfill business objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide project status updates.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience with ERPs and government projects.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in analysis and project tools (*, DevOps, MS Visio).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
