About the Role

Jaipur Rugs is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on driving growth within the interior design and architecture sectors by building and nurturing relationships with industry professionals, generating sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives through engagement with Interior Designers and Architects (IDA).
• Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Manage and cultivate key accounts, fostering strong collaborations and partnerships.
• Understand basic CAD drawings and layouts to effectively communicate project requirements.
• Conduct site mapping to assess project scopes and opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with the Head Office regarding orders in the pipeline and project progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Master's degree or Post-graduate qualification with a specialization in Marketing and Sales.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and client relationship building.
• Proven experience in handling projects and business development specifically within the Interior Designer & Architect (IDA) segment.
• Demonstrated ability to understand basic CAD drawings and layouts.
• Experience in site mapping.
• Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
