Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager will:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand and contribute to clients' future development strategies.
  • Establish a robust network with designers and consultants.
  • Enhance our commercial office fit-out opportunities across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients and increase business.
  • Utilize marketing strategies and manage communications.
  • Research and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Navigate objections and negotiate effectively.

Client Retention:
  • Enhance client relationships through regular interactions and debriefs.

Business Development Planning:
  • Attend industry functions and provide market feedback.

Candidate Requirements:
Ideal candidates should have:
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience, preferably in KSA or GCC.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • A proven track record in business development.
  • Networking expertise within the market.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
