About the Role

SOL Business Solutions is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join its Business Solutions team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for a professional who will contribute to identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Role Purpose

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in building strategic partnerships and strengthening the company's market position. This position requires a balanced approach combining strategic thinking, effective relationship management, and hands-on execution to achieve sustainable business growth for SOL Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's growth strategy.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with clients and partners to close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) related to business growth and pipeline health.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on business development activities and results.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales processes, and partnership development.
