Due to expansion in the key growth market of Saudi Arabia, Havelock One Interiors is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for cultivating relationships with new clients and strengthening existing client partnerships. This involves understanding client development strategies and aspirations to strategically present Havelock One's capabilities for future projects. The role focuses on enhancing commercial office fit-out opportunities across all operational sectors, requiring a thorough understanding of the market, company solutions, and competitive advantages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients to generate increased business.
• Oversee marketing strategy, communications, new market investigation, and account strategy.
• Research and build relationships with new clients and identify new projects in selected sectors.
• Utilize internal and external tools to compile a project opportunity pipeline and develop action plans based on agreed targets.
• Collaborate with the projects team to develop proposals tailored to client needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Arrange and facilitate meetings between client decision-makers and company Directors/Principals.
• Address objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and resolving differences to achieve positive outcomes.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, providing feedback on market and creative trends.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's personnel and capabilities.
• Contribute to enhancing company performance by understanding its goals and purpose.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant business development role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influential networking within the market with relevant clients and expertise in developing business sectors within the challenging and competitive fit-out market in KSA.
