A customer service representative (call center) is required to work in a professional and dynamic environment. Responsibilities include: answering customer calls, booking appointments, providing assistance and solving problems, recording data in the system, and effectively communicating with customers. Fluency in Arabic is required, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure and within a team. Preference is given to those with a driver or shopping experience and those close to Al-Yasmeen neighborhood. Communication is for serious candidates who can take on responsibility.
