🔹 Job Description – Cashier (Food and Beverage Sector)

Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Supervisor: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers courteously and welcome them with a smile.

• Accurately record orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Issue invoices and collect payment in cash or by card.

• Ensure cash amounts at the end of the shift match the reports.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

• Strictly implement restaurant policies and procedures.

• Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma as a minimum.

• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service (preferably in restaurants).

• Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

• Neat appearance and punctuality in attendance.

Cashier (cashier) is required to work in a coffee shop in Riyadh. The job requires the ability to use point-of-sale systems and complete payment transactions accurately and quickly, with experience in dealing with customers and managing the cash register. Tasks include: receiving cash and electronic payments, preparing daily sales reports, ensuring inventory reconciliation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
