Join Hilton as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor!
As a vital member of our Housekeeping Department, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our hotel. This position involves several important responsibilities:

Allocate work duties to Team Members
Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms
Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or issues
Inspect service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and other projects
Manage and train Room Attendants to ensure performance standards are met
Maintain stock control and manage equipment
Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP services
Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards

What We Are Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role
A successful track record in team management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills
A passion for exceptional guest service
Proficiency with computers and software, preferably Microsoft Office
