Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and the pool after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
  • Manage daily housekeeping activities and document any discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison among various departments including Front Office and Engineering.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and supervising housekeeping staff.
  • Commit to safety and security policies, reporting any issues effectively.
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and address any needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred.

About the Role:
A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping operations.

Requirements:
  • Housekeeping experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities.
  • Previous experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

Desirable:
  • Familiar with Property Management Systems.
