Key Responsibilities

The Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor will manage daily operations to maintain facility cleanliness. Key duties include:

• Managing the schedule of housekeeping services.
• Planning and preparing employee work schedules.
• Supervising staff during their assigned duties, which include tasks such as dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Encouraging and ensuring the implementation of established housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field. A strong understanding of cleaning protocols and staff management is essential.

Work Environment
