About the Role

شركة سمامة للتشغيل والادارة is seeking a Cleaning and Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities to ensure commercial facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the scheduling of cleaning and housekeeping services.
• Plan and prepare work schedules for housekeeping staff.
• Supervise staff during their duties, including tasks such as dusting, sweeping floors, cleaning restrooms, and changing linens.
• Ensure the implementation of established housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for cleaning supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials.
• Adhere to and enforce health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant supervisory role within the cleaning and housekeeping sector. This experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of facility maintenance and staff management.
