Join Seylany as a Content Creator/Content Strategist!
We are looking for a creative and strategic individual with strong experience in producing high-quality content that drives real results, including sales and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and develop daily content, especially high-quality short-form videos.
  • Plan content focusing on increasing sales and conversions.
  • Write compelling and audience-focused scripts.
  • Analyze content performance and continuously optimize results.
  • Improve key content elements like hooks and storytelling.
  • Understand platform algorithms for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and provide direction to align with brand goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and ads team to improve performance.
  • Execute ideas quickly to maintain daily posting consistency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation.
  • Proven track record of creating effective videos.
  • Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and ability to communicate in English.
  • Strong skills in filming, video editing, and script writing.
  • Able to rapidly generate and execute content ideas consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in eCommerce and managing influencer relationships.
  • Knowledge in paid ads content optimization.

KPIs (Performance Metrics):
  • Number of videos produced.
  • Conversion Rate and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Views and engagement levels.
