Corporate Social Responsibility Lead

About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Lead to develop and manage sustainable activities and programs. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on creating social and economic impact within the community and maintaining long-term relationships with local authorities to support welfare programs and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution.
• Manage day-to-day operations related to the role to ensure work continuity.
• Participate in developing Riyad Bank's Community Service strategy, plans, initiatives, and associated budget, ensuring alignment with marketing functions and overall bank objectives.
• Develop CSR publicity plans in cooperation with the Head of Community Service to maintain the bank's identity as a champion of community civic and economic advancement.
• Plan and execute economic development initiatives in communities where Riyad Bank operates through grants, community service, and voluntary programs to enhance the bank's image.
• Design and monitor programs aimed at improving the living standards of citizens and their families, including initiatives related to Hajj, youth development, subsidized education, donations, and sports, to promote Riyad Bank’s message.
• Monitor and assess CSR initiatives to ensure a positive impact across environmental, workplace, community, and cultural issues, thereby achieving agreed CSR targets.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, considering international best practices, business process enhancement, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports for Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility or community development. The position requires a professional who can effectively manage and implement sustainable programs with a focus on social and economic impact.
