We are seeking a Customs Specialist to manage customs clearance effectively and ensure smooth operations. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and enhancing our service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and sort documents to build customs transactions.
  • Open files, translate, and prepare transactions meticulously.
  • Verify weights and values for accurate data entry and information registration for customs on the Fasah platform.
  • Print customs declarations and initiate procedures for delivery.
  • Follow up with agents to complete clearance procedures, payment, and delivery schedules according to contracts.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups on invoices and claims with accounting and clients.
  • Prepare reports on services and development needs based on work requirements.
  • Lead and motivate team members while overcoming challenges to ensure workflow.
  • Adhere to professional safety procedures established by the company.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of three years experience in customs clearance.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • At least two years of experience in proper documentation.
  • Ability to create daily and weekly reports in both languages.
  • Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team.

Employment Type:
Full-time position from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Priority will be given to Saudi nationals.
