This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations in our clearance and brokerage processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily coordination with customs inspectors and regulatory agencies.
  • Manage clearance and brokerage admin services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external standards during the clearance process.
  • Identify and resolve anomalies while escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Utilize the Faseh portal for data clearance and data entry.

Skills Required:
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
