We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to manage the collection of financial dues from delinquent customers in Riyadh. In this role, you will ensure compliance with our company’s collection policies and contribute to improving cash flow and minimizing bad debts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with delinquent customers via phone, email, or field visits.
  • Explain outstanding amounts and payment deadlines while negotiating suitable repayment plans.
  • Update the collection database, document all interactions, and prepare periodic reports on collection processes.
  • Refer difficult cases to the legal department according to company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to ensure customer information accuracy.
  • Adhere to quality standards in customer service throughout the collection process.
  • Achieve monthly and annual collection targets set by management.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 35 years of experience in collections or financial services.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in collection management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to collections.
