About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Knowledge Training Hub. In this execution-focused role, you will collaborate closely with our performance marketing team to support and execute various digital marketing strategies, primarily across social media and paid advertising campaigns. Your expertise will help us run campaigns efficiently, optimize results, and contribute to our mission of empowering individuals through quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities across multiple platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in launching and monitoring paid social and digital campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and help improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and overall results.
• Analyze performance metrics such as engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Ensure consistency between organic social content and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with design and performance teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Help maintain proper campaign setup and tracking when necessary.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing execution.
• Basic to good understanding of paid advertising platforms (Meta & Google Ads).
• Familiarity with digital campaign goals and performance metrics.
• Ability to work with data and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working as part of a marketing team.
