About the Role:
Located in the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, the Electrical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment within the Engineering Department. You will ensure day-to-day operations are efficient, minimizing downtime and maintaining all systems in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise employees and ensure quality job performance.
  • Oversee the electronic workshop and provide necessary support to Engineering Managers.
  • Manage the Maintenance Request System.
  • Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of buildings and related equipment.
  • Coordinate with Property Maintenance Contractors to meet standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in facility maintenance and repair, specifically in electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and forecasts.
  • Commitment to grooming and uniform standards.
