About the Executive Lounge Manager/Supervisor Role

Hilton is seeking an experienced Executive Lounge Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring memorable guest stays. As a key member of our Hotels team, you will manage the daily operations of the Executive Lounge, embodying the Hilton brand's commitment to hospitality.

Role Objectives and Guest Experience

This role is essential for maintaining the high standards expected by our executive and VIP guests. You will proactively manage service delivery and lead the team to create an elevated and seamless experience for our discerning clientele, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
  • Deliver exceptional service by upholding brand and quality standards to exceed the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues with care and efficiency.
  • Maintain the presentation of the lounge, ensuring guest supplies are consistently stocked and areas meet cleanliness and service standards.
  • Lead and develop the Executive Lounge team, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions.
  • Consistently provide warm, professional hospitality to all guests.
  • Uphold regulatory standards, maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience and Skills

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant role within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintaining health and safety compliance.
  • Demonstrated qualities of hospitality, integrity, teamwork, and ownership.
