Creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers. Building strong relationships with customers and enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and swiftly. Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and store objectives. Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store. Participating in merchandising and restocking inventory. Attending training sessions and team meetings as needed.
