  • Experience in real estate development is preferred, as well as off-plan sales projects.
  • Preferred professional certification (SOCPA/CPA/CMA).
  • Proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel and Power BI, excellent Arabic, good English.
  • Direct experience with escrow accounts and interim disbursement according to regulatory requirements.
  • Cost control and linking EVM/SPI/CPI to financial reports.
  • Previous experience in developing models and procedures (SOPs/RACI) and redesigning processes to improve the speed and reliability of reports.
  • Previous dealings with guarantees/letters of credit and improving financing costs.
