Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in achieving their Capital investment targets.
• Originate and execute corporate finance transactions and manage financing funds.
• Participate in preparing financial models, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with legal and Shariah advisors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and investors.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
• Understanding of CMA regulations and financing structures in Saudi Arabia.
• Knowledge of Shariah-compliant financing products.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
• CME certification preferred.

We are looking for a dedicated Financial Accounting Manager to lead our financial accounting function. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. You will help safeguard financial integrity while supporting audit processes and governance across the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Close: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate period-end closing, including reviewing cost of sales and inventory valuation.
• Inventory & Cost Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, along with overseeing standard costing.
• Fixed Assets Management: Manage the lifecycle of fixed assets, ensuring proper valuation, depreciation methods, and timely capitalization.
• Zakat, Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority regulations.
• General Ledger & Controls: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure proper reconciliation of all accounts.
• Audit & Compliance: Lead external audits, ensuring compliance with IFRS and addressing audit findings.
• Internal Controls & Governance: Establish strong financial controls across procurement, inventory, and payments.
• Working Capital & Balance Sheet Integrity: Oversee inventory, payables, receivables, and cash accounting.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop the accounting team across Company and plant functions.
• Systems & Process Optimization: Optimize ERP usage for accounting and inventory modules.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10-15+ years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong expertise in inventory and cost accounting
• Proficient in IFRS and local regulations
• Experience with ERP systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership capabilities with detail-oriented mindset
