About the Role

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a Fraud Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is essential for protecting customers, payment services, and business operations within the payments sector. The specialist will contribute to effective fraud detection and prevention across Moyasar's payment and wallet environment.

Role Overview

The Fraud Specialist will monitor transactions and user activity, investigate suspicious cases, and support the implementation of fraud prevention measures. This position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves working within a 24/7 operational setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions, accounts, and user activity to identify potential fraudulent behavior.
• Review and investigate fraud alerts and suspicious transactions.
• Analyze transactional and non-transactional data to identify unusual patterns, trends, and fraud indicators.
• Investigate suspected fraud cases and document findings clearly.
• Assess and authorize high-risk payment transactions in line with established fraud controls and procedures.
• Raise and manage chargeback claims on behalf of customers and follow up on cases through resolution.
• Support the identification and prevention of emerging fraud typologies.
• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of fraud investigations, decisions, chargebacks, and actions taken.
• Work with relevant teams to improve fraud detection rules, monitoring processes, and controls.
• Analyze fraud trends and prepare reports and insights for management.
• Support continuous improvement of fraud prevention and detection processes.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, AML, Compliance, and other relevant teams when required.

Work Environment Requirements

• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment, including day and night shifts.
