About the Role
We are looking for an Accountant to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. The successful candidate will manage the payment cycle, support monthly and annual closings, and prepare for audits and VAT reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record daily and monthly accounting transactions in the ERP related to bank, petty cash, and general ledger entries.
• Maintain schedules for prepaid expenses and accruals.
• Manage the end-to-end payment process and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in monthly closings.
• Prepare VAT reports and assist with external audit preparations.
• Generate various financial reports as required.
• Support budgeting processes and manage the proper allocation of transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Preferred professional qualifications: ACCA, CMA, or CPA.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong work ethic and integrity, particularly with confidential data.

Job Overview: Our company is seeking a professional Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of practical accounting experience, preferably with prior experience in factories or manufacturing companies. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records in accordance with recognized accounting standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily journal entries and record financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, regularly reconciling balances.

• Participate in periodic and annual stocktaking of inventory.
• Comply with the company’s financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Prior experience in a factory or industrial sector is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient in accounting software (ERP) and Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
