We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our Construction Department at شركة وتد الكيان العقارية. In this role, you will manage financial records, track project costs, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenses.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate financial documentation.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with project managers to track financial performance.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 2+ years of experience (experience in construction field is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (*, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
