We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to manage our financial records and support our organization's financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions and journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure budget compliance.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain organized financial files and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial data.
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
