Join our business team at Asas Makin Company! We are looking for an accountant with 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting to be a part of our team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Recording daily entries in the accounting system and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuously following up on customer accounts and updating them, ensuring balance reconciliation.
  • Following up on supplier accounts, reviewing their invoices, and preparing monthly reconciliation statements.
  • Preparing and reviewing bank transfers and entering them into the financial system according to approved procedures.
  • Preparing tax declarations (Value Added Tax, withholding, zakat) and ensuring their accuracy and integrity before submission.
  • Participating in the closure of monthly and annual accounts in coordination with the head of accounts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related financial field.
  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in accounting.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Knowledge of electronic accounting systems (ERP) such as QuickBooks or equivalent.
  • Working on the Odoo program.
  • Good financial analysis skills and high accuracy in work.
  • The ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
