Restaurant Cost Accountant

Main Responsibilities:

• Cost Monitoring: Monitoring and calculating the costs of food and beverages daily to ensure there is no waste.

• Inventory Management: Assisting in inventory counting and verifying quantity accuracy.

• Price Analysis: Reviewing supplier prices and suggesting ways to save money.

• Report Preparation: Providing monthly reports to management on the restaurant's financial performance and profits.

• Budget Assistance: Supporting management in setting and tracking the restaurant's budget.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the restaurant or food industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software (such as Oracle) and Excel.

• A degree in accounting or finance.

• The ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

• Place of Work: Riyadh.
